Expansion into Administrative Services Organizations (ASO) – Sometimes, clients “grow out” of a PEO arrangement. The PEO value proposition might break down once a client reaches a specific size. Many larger PEOs offer ASO options to retain growing clients and expand offerings to customers typically too large for a PEO. PEO-Expert works with ASOs as well.
Employee of Record (EOR) Options – Many small companies cannot source talent locally or in the US. There is a growing demand for PEOs to provide services to employees in other countries. It is not necessary to provide this service directly. There are several vendor partner options to choose from. We have already done that research and can offer vetted recommendations that will not inadvertently put a potential competitor in the equation.
Business Process Improvement– Are you efficiently administering your PEO? Do you have the right people doing the right things? Are you doing things internally that you should outsource? Benefits Design PEO-Expert has experience working with all kinds of benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, ancillary, 401k, EAP, Legal Plans, and benefit advocate services. We assist clients in moving to national medical plans and expanding into new geographies.
Benefits Enrollment – Benefits Enrollment is a “pain.” Technology can provide part of the solution. PEOs often have unique issues surrounding getting new employees enrolled and through an annual enrollment that might occur multiple times during the year.
Vendor Evaluation – Sometimes, the difference between a “win” and a “loss” is the services and vendors you work with (or don’t work with). A bad vendor experience can lead to client turnover. Picking the right vendors to work with the right Service Level Agreements is critical to long-term success. We know the vendors in the PEO space and can assist you with creating the best partnerships.
HCM Technology Consulting – Effectively delivering service is about correctly using the best technology. We can assist you in evaluating the best way to deploy what you have or replace it if you need to.
Project Management – While your company may be efficiently staffed for day-to-day business, you might not have the bandwidth to staff for important special projects. We are experts in project management with specific expertise working with PEOs.
Temporary Staff Augmentation– Sometimes, you lose a key manager at the worse time. The work still needs to be done while you search for a replacement. In other situations, you might have peak periods (i.e., open enrollment) where an additional set of hands can make a real difference. We can fill temporary staffing requirements.
